AYBS? The Movie

Are You Being Served? The Movie was written at the TV show's hightest point. The TV shows writers David Croft and Jeremy Lloyd collaborated yet again to write a movie based on the TV show. Although it is not quite the same as the TV show the cast do not fail as they reprise their roles for a holiday of a lifetime. It borrowed a lot of the TV version material but each cast member plays the gag that gets reprised differently and convincingly as to how they did it originally. This movie is set to keep you giggling throughout. It was released in 1977 and then released on DVD in 2006.





Synopsis


Hilarious high jinks from the Grace Bros. team as they troop off to sunny Spain for the staff trip of a lifetime. Cheerfully they disgrace themselves on the Costa Plonka. Mr Humphries is free while Captain Peacock wants everything under the sun from Miss Brahms. Mrs Slocombe only hopes her ***** can survive as the comedy capers carry on abroad to the riotous screen version of the television comedy classic.
