Comment: I am having issues with the Notices at the bottom of the home page. Could someone please set up a page with the white lines going accross. dont lock the page. please entitle this page "Special Site Notices" . this needs to be done within the next two weeks please as I am not able to do it at the moment. thank you Rachie
