Mr Harman (replaced Mr Mash) became Head of Maintenance as from series 4. Although his status was the same as Mr Mash and his attitude was similar he was however extremely intelligent and nearly always seemed to save the day. He was also a lot more friendly towards the staff and quite often had their approval.
